If you have scheduled a curb side pickup, your driver will meet you right outside the baggage claim area at the “Prearranged” section of the airport. The driver will send you a text message soon after your flight lands and when you’re ready to leave the terminal you can let them know. Otherwise, if you selected the “Meet & Greet at Baggage Claim” option during your reservation then your driver will be waiting to meet you in person at your designated baggage claim location at the bottom of the escalators. They will be displaying a printed sign with your name.

All reservations are paid for at time of booking via credit card, so there is no payment process required when you reach your destination. Your booking is only confirmed when your card payment is approved, so there’s nothing further to worry about. As for the gratuity, you may either select a percentage or flat rate during your online reservation which will be charged to the provided credit card, or you may choose to pay the gratuity to the driver in cash. The choice is yours.

Absolutely. We are more than happy to provide this service for you. We will charge an additional $20 for this service, and your driver will take you to the nearest grocery store on the way to your hotel. Just make sure to let us know about the grocery stop. You can select the option while booking online or mention it to our representative when you call if you are making your reservation by phone.

We do. Scottsdale Private Car operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

You do not need to contact anyone if your flight is delayed or arriving early, we track flights in real time and will always do our best to make sure your driver is waiting for you at the airport when your flight lands. However, if your flight is canceled or you change flights entirely you need to let us know immediately.

Yes, we provide toddler seats, infant seats and even boosters as required for a small fee. You can select them on the luggage screen while making your online reservation.

Usually we try to pair you with the same driver for both legs of a roundtrip, but due to scheduling constraints sometimes we might need to use two drivers.

For the comfort and safety of all our clients and our staff we operate a no-smoking policy in all our vehicles.

As long as everyone in the party is over the legal drinking age of 21, under Arizona law, you are allowed to bring and consume alcohol in the vehicle, provided they are not sitting in the front passenger seat next to the driver.

For airport trips, cancellations need to occur at least 12 hours before the reservation time or you risk paying for a partial or full fare depending on the timing.

For special events we require at least a 7 day notice of cancellation for a full refund. For major events there may be a NO Refund Policy in effect. This is due to the fact that we may need to hire extra drivers or rent extra vehicles to handle the added demand.

The exact policy will be in the Terms of Service during the online booking process.
